Shipping & Returns
Most orders will be posted the same business day by Australia Post eParcel Service and should be delivered within 3 to 4 business days. Some items may take longer depending on availability. If no one is at home when Australia Post delivers the parcel you should receive a Calling Card explaining which Post Office is holding the parcel for you. Larger item orders will be discussed with the customer at the time of placing an order to decide on the best method of transport.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Food and perishable items are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will exchange if your received item is not as you expected and replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
